A good foundation and mascara can make your makeup look a lot more like Halloween than it actually is.
A good mascara, too, and you’re going to get that extra glow to your lashes, too.
But what is makeup makeup, exactly?
There are a number of things you can apply to your face in order to give it a more Halloween-y look, but one of the more basic ways to do that is to use makeup powder.
This product is a little bit tricky to apply, but if you want to make sure your makeup looks exactly like it’s supposed to, here’s how to make your own makeup powder, in no particular order.
First of all, make sure you have the right makeup.
A little bit of mascara or a couple of concealers will do, too; just don’t go overboard with your makeup, though.
The more you apply, the more your makeup will look Halloween-like.
The best way to do this is to make a mask, a small circular container with a small brush in it.
Just keep the brush out of the way, and use a small, flat brush to apply makeup to your cheekbones, on your forehead, and on your nose.
You don’t need to worry about making sure the makeup is completely covering everything, though, because you’re applying it in the wrong place, so it won’t look exactly like what you’d expect.
Then, with the brush, apply makeup directly to your skin.
For example, if you apply the makeup to the center of your forehead and cheekbones with a little dab of foundation, the makeup will cover them completely.
If you apply it to the top of your nose and cheekbone with a tiny dab of powder, the mask will cover only the top part of your face, and not the rest of your mouth.
If your makeup isn’t too thick or thin, you can add a little mascara to make it look more “full.”
The best way for this is with a mask brush, so if you’re using the brush with your eyeliner brush or brow brush, you’ll want to hold it out in front of your eyes to help make sure it’s getting the right amount of product.
The bigger the brush you use, the thicker the foundation, and the more mascara you can use.
It’s best to use a light, thin brush, like a regular mascara brush, or a small one like the one you used to apply mascara to your lips.
For a little extra Halloween fun, try adding some sparkle to your eyes with a mascara brush.
Just make sure the brush doesn’t get too long, and don’t let it get too big.
If it does get too large, it’ll make your eyes look really fake.
You can do this with either a regular brush, a smaller brush, and a sparkle brush.
Either way, it’s up to you to choose the type of mascara you use.
If you want your makeup to have a more “haunted” look, you should also apply a little blush to your cheeks.
If that’s the case, it will make your cheeks look even more haunted.
You’ll also want to add a bit of a sparkly blush to the lips, and then you’ll have a perfect mix of sparkle and makeup to create that illusion of a ghostly, eerie glow.
Next, you’re probably going to want to use concealer.
Concealers are the most important thing to do with makeup.
They make your eyelashes look longer, thicker, and more voluminous, all while adding a little glow to the eyes.
Makeup powder works well with concealers, too—just make sure to use the correct shade of concealer to give your makeup a Halloween-esque glow.
You should be able to blend your concealer into the makeup, and it’s best if you blend it to a soft, fluffy consistency.
Make sure you blend the concealer out of your foundation, too: it’ll give your foundation a nice, glossy finish.
For this, I use an eyebrow pencil to do the concealers.
If all you want is a glowy, full-on shadow look, I’d use a smaller eye shadow and use an eyeliner pencil instead.
For those of you who want to do more of a dramatic makeup look, a highlight or blush can do the trick, too!
The last step is the most difficult: adding sparkle.
This is a technique called color, which is when you apply color on your skin to make the makeup look brighter, more dramatic, or something else.
If this is the first time you’ve used a color before, you might be confused by how it works.

To get the most out of this trick, you want the makeup on your face to be a little thicker than your eyes.
You’re going a little too thick, though; it’ll look more like your eyelids are hanging out
